About this Role


As Preschool/ Curriculum Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the learning environment and supporting outstanding outcomes for our children. You will lead our preschool team with vision, positivity and a strong understanding of high-quality early years practice.


This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of early childhood education principles to ensure that all children receive the highest quality of care and education.


This is a permanent role with 18 hours per week+ 3 hours admin time. (The contract will be flexible so with 6 weeks notice hours can be increased to over 18 or decreased back to 18+3 hours admin time due to fluctuating child ratios throughout the academic year)
