Remote-first across Europe. Occasional travel to Prague and to customer sites. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy large retailer or FMCG brand.

This role sits between sales and engineering. You will design the pilot that gets us from "this looks interesting" to a signed contract. Conduct demo runs against the customer's process, with their data shape, and bring engineering in when needed.

Qualifications include 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or implementation. Experience in Retail or FMCG is a bonus. You should be comfortable with SQL, some scripting, REST APIs, and basic Python. You don't have to be a software engineer but should be able to explain things in plain English.
