We are looking to recruit Pre-Registration Trainee Pharmacy Technicians to be based at Salford Royal Hospital with our friendly team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Medicine Management Assistants and Assistant Technical Officers

  • This is a 2 year fixed term appointment
  • Pharmacy Technicians have an important role within the primary and secondary care managing all aspects of medicines. Trainees will contribute to healthcare in the Hospital working across the whole health care system.

    We are looking for candidates with vision and motivation to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to train for a career as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You will study for a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians on a day release apprenticeship program delivered online. Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade A - C or grade 4 - 9 including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, or dual science.
