This is a full time - fixed term contract for 2 years. The training opportunity is an advanced apprenticeship leading to Level 3 Diploma (QCF) in Pharmaceutical Sciences plus Level 3 NVQ Diploma (QCF) in Pharmacy Service Skills which provides eligibility to register as a pharmacy technician with the GPhC.
Normal working hours are 37.5hours per week with rotational weekend, late night and bank holiday working. Subject to change.
You will be required to attend any training as set by the training provider on a weekly basis to meet the requirements for this training post or complete remote learning via one of our GPhC approved training providers.
The post holder will rotate through various areas of pharmacy including inpatient and outpatient dispensing, goods receipt, ward stock distribution and Medicines Management, Final Accuracy Checking. You will be offered a variety of experiences and training.
