Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Pre-Owned Commercial Manager to lead the performance and growth of our Pre-Owned Watch business across the WoS Group. You will oversee the purchasing and pricing of watches acquired through showroom client intake and our B2B network, while managing the Buying Team to deliver year-on-year sales and margin growth. Supporting the Head of Pre-Owned, you will drive strategic initiatives, optimise conversion and profitability, and ensure key commercial KPIs are achieved in line with the wider business growth plan.

About You

• Proven track record of experience in the luxury second hand market.


• Strong background in commercial management.


• Experience of operating and communicating up to board level.


• Excellent communication skills, influencing and managing stakeholders.


• Have had ownership and accountability of P&L performance.


• Strong strategic analytical skills.


• Proven experience of commercial responsibilities.


• Experience of preparing and delivering business proposals.
