Full Job Description

  • Handle pre-litigation court matters with strong working knowledge of court procedures and the CPR
  • Prepare, issue and manage Part 7 and Part 8 civil proceedings
  • Review evidence, assess liability and apply analytical reasoning to progress cases effectively
  • Draft, prepare and manage court documents, correspondence and case updates
  • Communicate clearly with clients, opponents, counsel and internal teams throughout the litigation process
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure all matters progress within strict deadlines
  • Manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Use case management systems and Excel to track progress, deadlines and key litigation milestones
  • Organise workload efficiently to meet departmental targets and service standards, We are looking to recruit a Grade A Serious Injury Solicitor to join our highly regarded Serious Injury team in Liverpool.     • You will work alongside experienced, market-leading specialists on cases of significant value and complexity. The caseload includes serious brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic trauma. You will be involved in all aspects of case preparation, from attending client meetings and conferences to reviewing expert evidence and drafting key legal documents.   • Managing your own caseload of serious injury claims, including high-value brain, spinal, amputation and complex orthopaedic injuries.

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pre-Litigation Court Fee Earner / Solicitor to join our Liverpool team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about litigation, committed to delivering exceptional client service, and driven to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Confident using computers, especially Excel
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and support the demands of the team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Position Type: Full Time,
  • Experience assisting on serious injury or large loss cases.
  • Confident managing your own files with appropriate supervision.
  • Strong litigation experience.
