• Provide expert tailoring and alterations for luxury garments to ensure a flawless fit, while preserving the integrity and craftsmanship of the designs.
• Conduct fittings directly with clients, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
• Perform garment maintenance and repairs as required, maintaining high standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle a variety of high-quality fabrics, including delicate and intricate materials, with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.
• Embody and exhibit Prada's brand values of innovation and craftsmanship in every interaction and service provided.
• Keep detailed records of alterations and repairs for accurate client history and future reference.
• Manages product handling between the store and external service providers.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  
  Proven experience as a skilled tailor with a strong portfolio of tailoring and alterations work.
Experience across womenswear, menswear, denim, leather, fur, binding and structured garments within a fast-paced environment. Previous client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills. Expertise in working with luxury garments, including delicate fabrics and complex designs. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced boutique environment.
