Practitioner

We are currently recruiting a Senior Practitioner to join the Preparing for Adulthood(PFA) and Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Team. The post is based at TheLantern, Shrewsbury. However, for flexible and agile working, we offer a hybrid modelof working.

Primarily based within the PFA Team, this is a dual role across both teams. Thesuccessful candidate will be two years post qualified and will have recentexperience working in Adult Social Care, ideally in a leadership role. Wewill also consider applications from social workers who are looking to progress.
