Full Job Description
At Simplyhealth, we're on a mission to improve access to healthcare for all in the UK. As a Practice Support Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our member dentists and practice teams, helping them get the most value from their Denplan membership while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for dental practices, building strong relationships and providing support across a range of enquiries and requests. Working closely with Business Development Consultants and internal teams, you'll help practices maximise their membership, support retention activities and ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll combine relationship management, customer support and administrative expertise to help practices succeed while contributing to the wider growth and success of the Denplan business.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to telephone and email enquiries from dentists and practice teams.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with member practices.
Supporting practice retention by delivering excellent service and responding proactively to customer needs.
Processing practice requests and maintaining accurate customer and practice records.
Championing new systems, digital tools and self-service solutions.
Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Working closely with Business Development Consultants to support practice growth plans.
Promoting relevant Denplan products and services where appropriate.
Attending Denplan events and building relationships with member practices.

We operate a smart working approach, with a blend of remote working and attendance at our Hampshire office for team meetings and collaboration days. Some UK travel may also be required as part of the role.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great service and building strong customer relationships. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and helping customers achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in a customer service, account support, client services or relationship management role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Experience managing enquiries and resolving customer issues professionally.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
Experience using a variety of systems and digital tools.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
A full UK driving licence.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping customers, building trusted relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment.
