Practice Nurse - Practice 1 Fforestfach Medical Centre

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurse to deliver and maintain a high standard of nursing care to our patient population., We have a large, friendly and motivated multidisciplinary team, including:

• Two fulltime experienced Practice Nurses.
• Two fulltime Health Care Support Workers with advanced skills.
• A highly dedicated GP team.
• An exceptional management and administrative team.
An additional Practice Nurse will complement and strengthen our existing nursing structure.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Fforestfach Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a longterm role within a wellestablished, patientcentred General Practice. We are looking to fill between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate(s), and we would be very happy to discuss working arrangements that suit both the successful applicant and the practice. The successful candidate must have prior experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice and be competent across core practice nursing duties. Experience in cervical screening and chronic disease management is essential. Additional desirable skills include:
• Independent Prescribing
• Minor Illness management
