Practice Nurse - Camberley

You will be an experienced Practice Nurse currently working, or have recently worked, in a UK GP practice environment. You will be confident in delivering immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and long term condition management and will enjoy working as part of a proactive multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with current or recent experience working within a UK GP Practice. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in delivering a broad range of primary care nursing services and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have current or recent experience working as a Practice Nurse within a UK GP Practice. Unfortunately, candidates without this experience will not be shortlisted.

We are a friendly and supportive training practice with a patient list size of approximately 9,800. Our multidisciplinary team includes 4 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GP's, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Clinical Pharmacists, 3 Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant and a Phlebotomist.
