Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse looking for your next exciting opportunity? We'd love to hear from you!, Working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, the post holder will ensure skilled nursing services are delivered effectively to the practice patient population. The practice nurse will be responsible for delivering health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the practice management team in the reviewing and delivery of clinical policy and procedures.
We are GP teaching practice with a dedicated team committed to treat minor ailments, as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues for Brackley and the surrounding area. We have 5 partners, 6 salaried GPs in addition to 13 staff in the Nursing Team and Urgent Care Unit for a 16000 patient population.
