Full Job Description
Great North Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will deliver high quality, patient centred care across a wide range of services including chronic disease management, health promotion, cervical screening, immunisations and routine nursing procedures. Working closely with GPs, healthcare assistants and other clinical colleagues, you will play a key role in helping patients achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide a range of nursing services, helping patients manage their health and wellbeing while contributing to the effective delivery of primary care services.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of clinical responsibilities including chronic disease management, health promotion, cervical cytology, immunisations, vaccinations, wound care and routine nursing procedures. You will work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants and other healthcare professionals to support patients in achieving the best possible health outcomes.
