Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care., This role is for a Practice Nurse at Silverlock Medical Centre under Operose Health. The role involves assisting the registered manager with CQC outcomes to ensure compliance, working collaboratively with the general practice team, providing care for presenting patient treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluating care outcomes. Applicants are expected to be UK registered nurses with significant post-registration experience, particularly in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
