Practice Nurse

You will be an experienced Practice Nurse currently working, or have recently worked, in a UK GP practice environment. You will be confident in delivering immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and long term condition management and will enjoy working as part of a proactive multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.,

• Develop, implement and embed health promotion and well-being programmes
• Cervical Screening Smear tests
• Wound care to patients (Ulcer/Doppler etc.)
• Implementing vaccination programmes for adults and children
• Adult Immunisations
• Children Immunisations
• Assisting GPs with minor surgery when required

  We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with current or recent experience working within a UK GP Practice. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in delivering a broad range of primary care nursing services and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have current or recent experience working as a Practice Nurse within a UK GP Practice. Unfortunately, candidates without this experience will not be shortlisted.,
