Practice Nurse

We are looking for an experienced practice nurse with excellent knowledge and experience in the following areas: Diabetes,Asthma,COPD,Immunisations and injections,Mental Health physical review,Contraception, Cervical smears, Wound care, CHD checks. This list is not exhaustive and may include other health checks.

• 4 Visiting paramedic
• First Contact Practitioner (Physio)
