Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and forward-thinking team at Central Surgery, Oadby., The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a primary care setting
- Undertake routine nursing duties including immunisations, cervical cytology, and wound care
- Support patients with long-term condition management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
- Carry out health promotion and screening activities
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with practice policies
Central Surgery is a well-established GP practice providing care to approximately 7,500 patients in the Oadby and Wigston area. We are proud to be rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are an active teaching and training practice.
