Full Job Description

Foundry Chambers is seeking to appoint a Practice Manager to join its clerking team. The level of appointment will depend on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities. The position would suit someone at an earlier stage of their clerking career who is looking to develop their experience and take on greater responsibility, although applications from candidates with other relevant experience are also welcomed.

Experience in diary clerking and/or billing would be an advantage, but we will consider candidates without this experience who can demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills and a capacity to learn new skills quickly.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. By way of indication, we would expect to offer a salary of approximately £45,000 per annum plus a yearly discretionary bonus to a successful candidate with 3 or 4 years' experience clerking in a criminal set.
