An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Practice Manager at Beauchamp House Surgery, a well-established GP practice serving approximately 12,000 patients from a single site. The Practice Manager is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the overall management of practice operations. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient service delivery, financial sustainability, and compliance with NHS and regulatory requirements, while driving the strategic development of the practice.   • Drive achievement of QOF and performance targets
  • Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure policies are up to date and compliant
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain NHS contractual compliance
  • Patient Services & Communication
  • Develop communication strategies
  • Support Patient Participation Group
  • Manage complaints in line with NHS guidance
  • Promote digital patient services
  • Facilities & Compliance
  • Oversee premises and health and safety
  • Ensure IT security and information governance
  • Maintain insurance cover

    Beauchamp House Surgery was founded before the commencement of the NHS by two returning Christian Missionaries, Dr Sir Ivor Beauchamp and Dr Norman Green. The practice was started in order to provide the best possible medical services, based on Christian ideals of care and compassion. General Practice in the 21st Century provides a very different context, but these principles remain unchanged.
