Full Job Description
Bell House Medical Centre is seeking an outstanding individual to take on the role of Practice Manager for our busy 11000 patient practice. We aim to provide the highest level of care for our patients at the same time as being a teaching practice, ensuring the next generation of GPs and doctors are trained to exceptional levels. As Practice Manager you will be involved in all aspects of running the surgery with particular emphasis as follows.. Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice Support and manage the administrative and clinical staff Lead on Quality and Outcomes Framework performance Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS contractual requirements Manage HR processes, including recruitment, staff development and performance Oversee financial and operational processes in collaboration with the partners Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient experience Work collaboratively with the
PCN and external stakeholders Contribute to strategic planning and drive the practice forward You will have access to the NHS pension, and we follow AfC for our Annual Leave allowance.
