We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Worker to play a key role in delivering our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and Social Work Apprenticeship programmes across Children's Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and support the professional development of newly qualified social workers and apprentices at a pivotal stage in their careers.
In this rewarding role, you will provide individual and group supervision, coaching and mentoring, support development planning and reviews, undertake practice observations, quality assure portfolios, and help ensure apprentices successfully progress through their learning journey.
You will be experienced in supervision, relationship-based practice, and effective risk management, with the ability to inspire and influence colleagues.

Inspectors highlighted our relentless drive for improvement, extensive training opportunities and strong investment in developing social workers at every stage of their career.
