Practice Business Manager

The role is responsible for overseeing the general management of the practice, compliance, HR, finance, premises management, health and safety and IT. This will be supported by a new Operations Manager (currently being recruited to) and a Finance lead. We also have external support for our HR and finance functions.

We are looking for a Practice Business Manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, who can lead by example and work strategically with the partners to ensure we continue to grow and thrive in the next five years. They will be aligned with the partnership core values and ethos., The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate clear leadership, business management, strategic planning and high-level HR skills and experience.

We have been rated as good for all our CQC inspections, took the award for the best undergraduate teaching experience for UCL medical students last year and have 4.1 stars on our Google Reviews.

We have 3 GP Partners, 6 salaried GPs and a full nursing team. We are an approved training practice with 6 GP trainers (including 3 GPs with senior Leadership roles in the London Deanery) and we are active in our PCN and GP Federation.

There are excellent transport links, including Kings Cross-St Pancras and Euston mainline train stations, Farringdon and Angel tube station within a mile of the practice. Free on-site car-parking is also available.
