Full Job Description

With seven thriving schools across Exeter, Exmouth, and Barnstaple, we're growing fast-and so is our need for a talented PR, Marketing & Digital Design Executive to lead our communications strategy and digital presence. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and evolve our PR and marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the updating of our websites and social media channels.
  • Create compelling content-photography, video, blogs, and more.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to promote our schools and events.
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events and conferences.
  • Design eye-catching promotional materials and digital campaigns.

    Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for digital design and a passion for impactful communication? This is your opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a forward-thinking Academy Trust., A creative mindset with strong graphic and web design skills.
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and Microsoft 365 (especially Teams).
  • Bonus points for experience with SharePoint, Joomla, or WordPress-but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
  • A personable, initiative-taking approach and excellent communication skills.
