Power Platform Developer (Copilot)

As a Power Platform Developer (Copilot), you will design and deliver intelligent Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions that improve user experiences, streamline processes, and create measurable business value. You'll work on innovative AI programmes, take ownership of technical delivery, and collaborate with experts to build secure, scalable solutions that make a real impact., You'll lead the development of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, turning business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-focused AI solutions. Working across Power Platform and Microsoft technologies, you'll design conversational experiences, automate workflows, and integrate enterprise systems to deliver tangible outcomes for clients. You'll also help shape technical standards, support colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across AI and automation initiatives.

• Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents
• Design topics, actions, conversation flows, and agent instructions
• Build agentic workflows using generative orchestration
• Integrate with Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, SharePoint, and APIs
• Develop Azure Functions, APIs, middleware, and custom connectors
• Optimise prompts, responses, and user experiences
• Support testing, deployment, and production releases
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards
• Provide technical guidance and best-practice leadership
  
  You should have strong experience delivering Power Platform solutions, with hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio and automation technologies. You'll be comfortable working across technical and business teams while helping deliver innovative AI solutions.
Required skills:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio experience
• Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Automate and Dataverse
• Understanding of Generative AI, prompt design, and conversational AI
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems
• API, Azure Functions, or custom connector development experience
• Knowledge of authentication, security, and governance principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
