Full Job Description
- Utilising Power BI and associated products such as DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, Visual Studio, Fabric, and SQL server.
- Delivering high-quality reporting, visualisations and data extracts to the Business.
- Developing reporting solutions that process, aggregate, and reconcile vast amounts of data into highly optimised solutions.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the Business data and KPIs.
- Analysing and troubleshooting poorly performing queries, reports, procedures, and batch jobs.
- Collaborating with the team members on multi-developer projects.
- Conducting QA to ensure code is accurate and performant.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to streamline existing processes.
- Developing solutions in line with departmental standards.
- Taking responsibility for the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation.

- Strong data profiling, visualisation, and analysis skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple solutions.
- Extremely methodical, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and query tuning.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Commercial experience with BigQuery, Strategy (MicroStrategy), GIT, and JIRA.
