Full Job Description

  • Utilising Power BI and associated products such as DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, Visual Studio, Fabric, and SQL server.
  • Delivering high-quality reporting, visualisations and data extracts to the Business.
  • Developing reporting solutions that process, aggregate, and reconcile vast amounts of data into highly optimised solutions.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of the Business data and KPIs.
  • Analysing and troubleshooting poorly performing queries, reports, procedures, and batch jobs.
  • Collaborating with the team members on multi-developer projects.
  • Conducting QA to ensure code is accurate and performant.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to streamline existing processes.
  • Developing solutions in line with departmental standards.
  • Taking responsibility for the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation.

    As a Power BI Developer, you will build and maintain reporting solutions that underpin the Data Distribution and Analytics department.Full TimeCloses23/07/2025Join our expert team and take ownership of developing and maintaining critical reporting systems.This role requires a deep understanding of our data, and the ability to efficiently extract and transform it.   • Extensive commercial experience with Power BI.
  • Strong data profiling, visualisation, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple solutions.
  • Extremely methodical, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and query tuning.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Commercial experience with BigQuery, Strategy (MicroStrategy), GIT, and JIRA.
