Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging components on the line.
Monitor the automated paint line to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
Adjust spray settings and equipment as needed to achieve correct coverage and finish.
Carry out colour changes, gun cleaning, and booth maintenance in line with procedures.

Experience working on a powder coating line, including hands?on spraying.
Knowledge of Gema equipment and powder coating processes (preferred).
Manual Handling and Health & Safety awareness.
Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and quality standards.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high?quality work.
Experience using workshop tools or working in a manufacturing environment.
