Full Job Description
This is an opportunity to carry out world-leading research on solid-state batteries.
Supervised by Prof. Sir Peter Bruce FRS, you will contribute to cutting-edge science that will help overcome the barriers to the commercialisation of solid-state batteries based in the group's recently refurbished state-of-the-art laboratories.
You will have access to world-leading facilities and collaborate with leading academics.
We are looking to recruit an outstanding scientist with expertise in solid-state batteries.
You will be self-motivated with a passion for energy storage research and a desire to take this technology to the next level.
The role requires a PhD/DPhil in a relevant subject.
You will have expertise in one or preferably more of the following: Materials Chemistry, Electrochemistry and Characterisation.
