This is an exciting opportunity to conduct mixed-methods research exploring patient perspectives and priorities in psychiatry, helping to shape more inclusive and meaningful approaches to mental health research and services.   • This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid working About the Role The post is funded until 1 March 2030 and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital. You will manage own academic research and administrative activities. This involves small scale project management, to co-ordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines. You will participate actively in the LEIP's activities, including group meetings, occasional colloquia or conferences, and the broader range of LEIP activities such as citizens' juries designed to engage patient voices. You will develop good working relationships with other members of the LEIP, DIGIT and the MHG Programme more broadly.

    You will have or be close to completion of a relevant PhD/DPhil, in an empirical social science discipline. You will have an outstanding academic research record (appropriate to the applicant's career stage) together with evidence of, or evidence of potential for producing, significant research in the relevant fields. You will possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the discipline, of psychiatric research and services, and of the significance of lived experience expertise within those, to work within established research programmes
