Support the Team Lead on key functions like redemption sign-offs, lease reviews, and procedural updates. Contact customers and/or professional advisors for required information. Ensure all post-completion tasks are undertaken including ensuring that any post-completion undertakings are met within agreed timescales. Maintain good working relationships with all legal/valuation partners to ensure smooth and timely exchange of correspondence and communication. Undertake lease reviews and take ownership of Deeds documents or any such in-life documentation that requires the Bank's oversight. Liaise positively with Relationship Managers when in receipt of Redemptions and Partial Redemptions requests to retain Business where possible. Personal Attributes & Experience Experience in, commercial mortgage

lending, with a strong grasp of securities, redemption processes, and post completion lifecycle. Strong customer service ethic. A generic knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management. Confident handling Deeds, Leases, and other in-life lending documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Outstanding problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
