Post-CCT Fellow in Upper GI Surgery

This post will support a senior candidate who has completed training in UGI Surgery and would like to benefit from greater experience in complex benign UGI surgery, with particular attention to experience in anti-reflux surgery, giant paraoesophageal hernia surgery, oesophageal dysmotility and advanced biliary surgery.

Candidates will be expected to provide some independent clinic capacity and some service provision for day case theatres.

Shared (50%) slot on the 1 in 14 oncall rota and the candidate may also benefit from opportunities to act up on the consultant on call rota should the need arise.
