Post 16 Aspiration Coach

We are looking for innovative candidates who can work collaboratively with schools, Post 16 education and training settings and employers to secure improved employment outcomes for care experienced young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that will widen the routes for care experienced Post 16 young people, to have quality careers input and work experience to support pathways into sustained employment opportunities in Lincolnshire., To be considered for this new and exciting role, you will need experience of working with Post 16 young people and the ability to be creative in your approach to engaging with them. Knowledge of relevant care legislation, national policies and initiatives would be desirable, with a particular focus around preparing for adulthood and routes into employment. Therefore effective communication skills and the ability to establish and sustain key relationships is essential for this role., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
