Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

40 hours per week
£30,000- £35,000 depending on qualification and experience
You will lead the delivery of Positive Behaviour Support across our services, helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. This role combines assessment, planning, coaching, and collaboration to improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices., Conduct functional behaviour assessments to understand needs and triggers
- Develop and implement personalised, strengths-based PBS plans
- Work closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Coach and train staff to deliver compassionate, consistent support
- Monitor data and review interventions to ensure effectiveness
- Champion reduction of restrictive practices and promote ethical care

Experience in Positive Behaviour Support or a related field
- Strong assessment, communication, and coaching skills
- Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed, and inclusive practice
- Passion for improving outcomes and quality of life
