This is an opportunity to join a high-profile team that is helping shape the future of portfolio delivery at AA. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of transformation programmes while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where colleagues share knowledge, challenge constructively and help each other succeed. We're investing in new tools, processes and ways of working, including the adoption of Jira as part of our future delivery approach. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to that journey, take ownership of meaningful work and help drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. Whether you're producing insight for senior stakeholders, supporting governance activities or improving portfolio processes, you'll be empowered to make an impact while developing your PMO, governance and portfolio management expertise alongside experienced colleagues. What will I be doing?

  • Supporting portfolio governance, assurance and financial management activities across a range of business change initiatives.
  • Producing accurate reporting, insights and portfolio metrics to support decision making by senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating governance forums, maintaining actions and ensuring effective follow up of key decisions and outcomes.

  • Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and business stakeholders to drive consistency, control and continuous improvement.

Experience working in a PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator or similar portfolio support role.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
  • Good understanding of project delivery governance and PMO processes, with exposure to programme or portfolio environments.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, alongside an understanding of Power BI reporting.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience using Jira or similar project management tools would be advantageous.

We're always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do. As a valued member of The AA team, you'll have access to a range of benefits including:
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + holiday buying scheme
  • Worksave pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution
