The Portfolio Analyst has a number of key roles in the operation of the Science and Technology (S&T) Portfolio including:

· Coordination of data and information through multiple information management systems and business relationships.

· Analysis of portfolio performance to support the operation and decision making within the S&T Portfolio Function-and more widely.

· Development, operation and maintenance of business systems (eg databases and dashboards) necessary to manage information and control workflow within the S&T Portfolio Function.

· Oversight and provision of a secretariat function for governance boards.
