Welcome to Spire Hartswood Hospital! We are currently seeking a temporary Porter to join our team for a one-day assignment on the 19th of August, 2026. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our hospital, assisting with the movement of patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the facility.
Located in Brentwood, Essex, Spire Hartswood Hospital is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Our team of dedicated professionals work together to provide the highest standards of service to our patients, and as a Porter, you will be an integral part of this mission.
As a temporary Porter at Spire Hartswood Hospital, your shift will start at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. During your shift, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from different areas of the hospital, assisting with the delivery of equipment and supplies, and supporting the nursing and medical staff as needed. Your role is vital to ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients, and we are looking for someone with a friendly and helpful attitude to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
