We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly team members to join our exciting Bob's Wife pop-up café in the heart of Coal Drops Yard. Serving exceptional coffee, cocktails, beer, and wine, we're creating a vibrant space with great drinks, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere. • Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude and providing excellent service.
• Operating the till and accurately taking customer orders.
• Preparing and serving drinks while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and inviting throughout the day.
• Recommending menu items and using upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, cocktail bar, or hospitality environment.
• A passion for great food, drinks, and customer service.
• Confidence in preparing and serving beverages, with an understanding of service standards.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
