Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience.
- Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories.
- Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing facilities and toilets, contributing to a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Monitor bookings and pool capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.

Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
