Full Job Description
- To Support with event administration such as sending out placeholder emails, invites to recipients and follow up from the generic email address.
- To convert and condense recognition submissions into suitable text that can be added to certificates.
- Support with preparation of materials for force events, such as certificates, framing, event programmes and attestation.
- To provide support after an event, including posting certificates, medals and coins through the internal mail.
- To provide logistical support at force events. This will comprise of a range of duties to ensure that signage and displays are in place in good time for each event and cleared up to leave the premises tidy and in good order. This could also include reception duties, meeting and greeting and managing refreshments etc.
Good computer and IT skills. - Great written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills with people from different roles during a force event and an ability to work without direct supervision.
