an enthusiastic newly qualified or recently qualified podiatrist within
their first year of practice to join our friendly and supportive podiatry team.
This is an excellent developmental role designed to support
early-career podiatrists in building their clinical skills within a structured
and supportive environment.Dependant on
successful completion of a structured competency framework, there will be
the opportunity to progress into a Band 6 Podiatrist role within 6 to 12
months.At Your

support further training, courses, and professional learning opportunities.This is a permanentpost and is, patients with a wide range of podiatric conditions, including high-risk and
complex cases such as those related to Diabetes and Peripheral
Arterial Disease.Manage and treat foot ulcers, infections, and wound care,
contributing to prevention of complications and hospital admissions.Undertaken ail surgery and other minor podiatric procedures in
line with clinical protocols.Deliver biomechanical assessments and orthotic interventions where
appropriate.Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, liaising with GPs,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Participate in clinical audit, service evaluation, and quality
improvement initiatives to support service development.Promote patient education and preventative care, particularly for
high-risk groups.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to

for 37.5 hours per week. The usual
working hours are 08.30 am to 17.00 pm and will be Monday Friday. You will be mostly based at Surbiton
Health centre although you will also need to be able to travel to our other

This modern clinic hosts a five-chair podiatry clinic, creating a busy and collaborative clinical environment.Working within this setting means you will never be working alone. There are always experienced podiatrists and senior clinicians available within the clinic to provide clinical advice, support, and mentorship when needed. This makes the role particularly suitable for new graduates or early-career podiatrists, as it provides daily opportunities for learning, case discussion, and development of clinical confidence.As part of the induction into this role, the successful candidate will have a funded training opportunity of up to the value of 800 to allow them to complete The Foot in Diabetes Module provided
by the Royal College of Podiatry.
