Full Job Description

Responsible for monitoring of POC device training & compliance through analysis and creation of trust wide data reports for the department, divisions and for the trust for trust staff using these devices.

Co-ordinate and be responsible for implementation and migration of POC competency recording and POC device e-learning packages to relevant and chosen trust systems (e.g.DOT).

Responsible for creating, producing and refreshing e-learning content specific to current POC devices for trust wide multidisciplinary staff and clinical areas.

The Point of Care Testing Team is recruiting to the Training Compliance Officer role in the Service. This highly unique administrative role would suit a dynamic, forward thinking individual with relevant experience as an Associate Practitioner (or similar) that has a passion for audit, statistics and training delivery.

The individual should be confident in creating suitable training materials and whilst experience of use of e-learning systems is useful, training on the Trust approved systems used to create and edit packages will be provided to the successful candidate.
