PMVA Support workers

We are now recruiting PMVA Support Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional care across multi-bedded hospital settings. As a PMVA Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced clinical teams, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to safe, therapeutic environments where your skills make a real impact. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to residents and patients Follow care plans and accurately record observations Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, families, and support staff Deliver one-to-one support when required Maintain safety and uphold PMVA principles at all times
Requirements
• Right to work in the UK Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker PMVA training (essential) Mandatory healthcare training certificate Valid Enhanced DBS Strong communication and teamwork skills
