Full Job Description
As a PMO Manager, you'll help bring clarity, control and insight across a complex portfolio of programmes, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make better decisions, manage risk, and maximise value for customers and the business. The role goes beyond traditional PMO governance, helping to shape how portfolio management is delivered through data, automation and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, improve visibility across the portfolio, and help transform the organisation into a more data-led, insight-driven environment. - Support the successful delivery of strategic portfolios by aligning programmes, priorities and plans with business objectives.
- Provide portfolio insight, reporting and recommendations that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions and maximise delivery outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across the portfolio, working closely with delivery, commercial and PMO teams to drive effective collaboration and governance.
- Manage portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, roadmaps and KPIs, ensuring clear visibility of performance, milestones and delivery progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing ways of working, sharing best practice and supporting delivery excellence across the portfolio.

Extensive project experience (process, methodologies, ways of working) - Strong experience with Agile methodologies, and SCRUM framework
- Communicate/Influence effectively with senior stakeholders., Experience using data and analytics to generate meaningful insights, support decision-making, and improve portfolio performance. Change management / process improvement experience.
