Full Job Description

We are looking for a PMO Officer to join our team. The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week. The role is expected to be in the office in the Engine House, Swindon, minimum of one day per week. Hybrid working is available., Opportunities to go to some of our great live music and history events As a PMO Officer, you will be working closely with project and programme managers to help ensure that projects are delivered on time whilst following English Heritage's governance framework. You will ensure that project scopes are well defined with business benefits clearly articulated, achievable and ultimately realised. On a day-to-day basis you will ensure that projects are effectively resourced and appropriately funded, monitoring progress to flag up risks and issues, always utilising the agreed project governance and standards to support successful delivery., Forget the stereotypes. To be considered as a PMO Officer, you'll need experience in supporting monthly reporting cycles, proven report writing skills, a track record in designing processes and templates to improve efficiencies across the team and an understanding of formal project management methodologies (such as PRINCE 2). Interviews will be held the week commencing 25th May at the Engine House, Swindon.
