Full Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management Office Manager (PMO Manager) to act as a crucial co-pilot to the Project Manager and proactively drive our core Project Management processes. Reporting directly to the Head of PMO for the UK, you will be a central figure in:
- Project governance and strategic communication
- Integrated planning and execution
- End-to-end Risk and Opportunity management
- Monitor and control of the project baseline management
- Coordinating preparation for key reviews and milestones
- Internal and external performance reporting
- Managing critical Project Management data HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Project Planning and Control: Maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) and integrated program plan in tools like Unified Planning, ensuring adherence to the plan and consistency across all contractual, financial, and technical requirements.
- Digital Ecosystem Management: Manage the Project Management digital ecosystem, including tools such as Unified Planning, ADProjects, ARM, and collaboration tools, to effectively operate the program.
- Governance and Milestones: Prepare and facilitate meetings, support the Project Manager in planning and preparing Maturity Gates and milestones, and coordinate preparation of internal and external reports, including the yearly Project History Report.
- Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management: Maintain the R&O Management Plan and register, facilitate the capture and assessment of risks and opportunities, and drive the definition and follow-up of mitigation actions.
- Performance Monitoring and Tracking: Track program progress, identify the critical path, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement visual management (dashboards, plans, etc.) to communicate key project information.
- Action, Change, and Improvement Management: Maintain the program's action register to drive timely closure, coordinate overall changes (to trigger CCN issue), support the S&OP process, and proactively seek and implement continuous improvements.
Experience in leading projects or as a PMO - Experience in managing / working with a project schedule desired
- Experience in managing risks and opportunities, either as a risk manager or a project member desired
