PMO Lead (Flexible Workforce) Fixed Term 12 months

We are are looking for a talented individual trained in Improvement methodology, a track record of process transformation delivery and who are adept using digital systems to join the Flexible Workforce Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic team within Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to deliver on transformation projects. To provide specialist support to Bradford Teaching Hospitals using standard PMO, quality, service improvement, and redesign tools and techniques. As PMO Lead for Flexible Workforce, the postholder will be considered a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance. The PMO Lead will also function as programme manager for individual projects. The role will support the Head of Service for Flexible Workforce with contributing to the development of a culture of innovation, improvement, and assurance across the Trust by shared learning approaches., The role requires highly specialised knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience, across a range of service improvement, programme management, business change, and business management areas. The key knowledge, skills and experience needed to undertake the role are listed in the person specification and are identified as either essential or additional/useful.
