Full Job Description

We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our UK&I Project team and play a pivotal role in providing support duties across the UK for a single client. This position requires strong IT and coordination skills to interface with diverse teams and support the coordination of various operational functions., We are looking for a highly organised individual to support the Critical Security Infrastructure (CSI) Project, while also providing business-as-usual support as required. The role focuses on PMO administration, project coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring adherence to project standards and processes. Please note that travel is required for this position.,
- Manage assigned software applications, including Monday.com and CEMAR, ensuring project documentation is maintained accurately.
- Generate status reports, update task, issue and risk logs, and ensure data accuracy across PMO tools.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate project resources, including people, tools and training requirements.
- Manage project timelines and milestones, supporting effective project delivery.
- Help implement and maintain PMO standards, processes and templates, including project charters, communications and meeting minutes.
- Act as a central point of contact for information requests and updates across project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure purchase orders, timesheets and cost tracking are in place and aligned to programme timelines.
- Present progress reports and executive briefings to stakeholders.
Conversant with NEC4 contracts. - Minimum intermediate Excel competency.
- Ability to learn new software platform applications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, executives, clients and vendors.
- Experience planning, managing and monitoring design work to ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Holds full UK driving licence - some travel required.
