Full Job Description
We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our UK&I Project team and provide vital support across the UK for a single client. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong coordination and IT skills who can work effectively across diverse teams and operational functions.
We are seeking an individual who can support the Account Lead PMO in maintaining project standards, coordinating project activities, and ensuring accurate project administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, improving efficiency, and acting as a central point of communication for PMO activities., Manage PMO software applications, including Monday.com and CEMAR, ensuring project documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.
Generate status reports, maintain task, issue and risk logs, and support project performance tracking.
Schedule meetings, coordinate resources, and monitor project timelines and key milestones.
Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, templates, and governance requirements.
Act as a central point of contact for project information requests and stakeholder updates.
Ensure purchase orders, timesheets, and cost tracking activities are maintained and aligned to programme timelines.
Track and manage project risks, issues, actions, dependencies and changes (RAID), supporting effective project delivery.
Produce reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates while facilitating communication across project teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree (BA), Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.
PRINCE2 and Agile certifications are advantageous.
Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding £1m.
Conversant with NEC4 contracts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of project management software and associated tools.
Minimum BPS clearance.
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required.
