We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our UK & Ireland Project team, playing a pivotal role in providing PMO support across the UK for a single client. This role requires strong IT capability and coordination skills, working closely with diverse internal and external teams to support project delivery across multiple operational functions., The role will be primarily focused on the Critical Security Infrastructure (CSI) Project, with additional support to business-as-usual activities as required. You will act as a central point of coordination for PMO activity, ensuring standards, governance, reporting and project controls are consistently applied to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes. This role requires travel.,

  • Administer and manage PMO software applications (including Monday.com and CEMAR), maintaining accurate project documentation, logs, dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, resources, timelines and milestones, ensuring project schedules, costs and dependencies are tracked and updated daily.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of PMO standards, processes, methodologies and templates across the programme.
  • Act as a central communication hub for PMO-related information, facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure purchase orders, timesheets and cost tracking are aligned to programme timelines, supporting budget control and financial viability.
  • Identify, track and manage project risks, issues and changes (RAID), supporting mitigation planning and delivery assurance.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards and executive briefings to sponsors, clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Support project managers and teams through training, continuous improvement initiatives and effective use of PMO tools and processes.

    Proven track record managing budgets exceeding £1m.
  • Conversant with NEC4 contracts.
  • Intermediate Excel competency as a minimum.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
  • Minimum BPS clearance.
  • UK driving licence required, with flexibility to travel.
