PMO Consultant - Third Party Risk / BCM ProgrammeLondon
Albany Beck is seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to support a major Third Party Risk Management programme within a leading global investment bank.
This role will focus on Third Party Business Continuity Management and Exit Planning activities, supporting complex workstreams through strong governance, process design, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis capability.
The successful candidate will combine excellent PMO discipline with process improvement expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of Third Party BCM and Exit Planning initiatives across a large-scale TPRM programmeWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into structured requirements and delivery outcomesCreate and maintain high-quality stakeholder presentations and briefing materialsFacilitate workshops and document outputs, actions, and decisionsDevelop and maintain:Problem statements and scope documentationStakeholder mapsAs-is and to-be process mapsUser stories and requirements cataloguesMetrics and reporting frameworksDrive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure governance, tracking, reporting, and programme documentation are maintained to a high standard
Required ExperienceStrong PMO experience within complex transformation or regulatory programmesExperience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity / BCIM, Operational Resilience, or related domainsDemonstrable process design and continuous improvement capabilityStrong business analysis and requirements gathering skillsExcellent PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skillsExperience producing executive-level materials and workshop outputsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environmentFinancial services or banking sector experienceExposure to supplier risk, third-party governance, or exit strategy planningFamiliarity with operational resilience frameworks and controls
