As a PMO Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring change demand is governed, prioritised, and delivered effectively across a complex customer environment. Working within a fast-paced programme team, you'll lead PMO activity across a portfolio of change initiatives, providing governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. You'll be responsible for creating visibility across the change lifecycle, ensuring financial controls are maintained, and helping BT and our customer achieve successful business outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO professional who thrives on bringing structure, insight, and control to complex change environments. What you'll be doing Leading PMO governance across a portfolio of customer change initiatives. Managing and facilitating governance forums, ensuring change demand is reviewed, prioritised, and tracked effectively. Establishing and maintaining accurate reporting, dashboards, and management information to provide clear programme visibility. Owning RAID management processes, driving mitigation actions and escalating risks where required. Creating and maintaining a single source of truth for programme and change data.Working closely with project managers, delivery teams, finance, contract managers, customer PMO teams, and wider stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery. Supporting commercial governance by tracking costs, validating financial information, and ensuring billing readiness. Managing stakeholder communications and expectations across both BT and customer organisations.     Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (and sole British citizenship)
  • Proven PMO experience within a complex programme, portfolio, or change environment.
  • Strong governance and reporting expertise, including the creation of meaningful dashboards and management information.
  • Experience facilitating governance meetings and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable RAID management experience.
  • Strong data management skills with the ability to maintain accurate programme controls and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience building effective relationships across multiple teams and organisational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Skills / Experience
  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, or managed services environments.
  • Knowledge of customer-facing transformation or change delivery programmes.
  • Financial governance experience, including cost tracking, invoicing, and commercial controls.
  • PRINCE2, P3O, MSP or equivalent project/programme management qualifications.
  • Experience leading or mentoring PMO professionals.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, resource planning, and demand management processes.
